Minimum Stay: |

A two-night minimum is required for holiday weekends and all weekends
from mid-May through November.

VISA and MasterCard are the preferred payment methods.
American Express, personal checks and cash are also acceptable.
A 50% credit card deposit is required with reservation.
Balance due upon check-in.

| Cancellations: |
|
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of scheduled arrival will be charged 50%. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in will be charged for the full reservation. NOTE: This business operates on occupied rooms as does the local economy. Every attempt is made to re-book a cancelled room. No charges will be incurred "if" a room gets re-booked.

Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Specific arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis regarding check-in and check-out depending upon room availability. Luggage check prior to check-in or after check-out can also be accommodated.

Country Squire maintains a pet-free environment to meet the
sensitive needs of those with allergies.

| Parking: |
|
Both street parking (alternate side parking is observed 7 days a week) and off-street parking is available to guests at The Country Squire. Oversized vehicles and trailers can be accommodated.

| Rates: |
|
Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to 8% New York state sales tax. Third parties included in a room will be charged $25 per night for children ages 10-17; $50 per night for individuals aged 18 and over.

|
Children are welcome and accepted, just not as payment.
